Ismael Lea South

Ismael is an experienced BAME Youth & Community Consultant. He has been working in the fields of knife crime awareness, gang intervention and ex-offender resettlement for over 10 years around the UK. He is the founder of The Salam Project (www.thesalamproject.org) and is actively working in partnership with numerous statutory organisations, community organisations and youth initiatives around the UK.
