Rory Wade

Rory Wade is a Cardiff-born graduate of Islam in Contemporary Britain (MA), having focused his dissertation on anti-Ahmadiyya discrimination and analysing diasporic sectarianism in the British Muslim community. He has worked with a range of educational charities and leadership development initiatives such as AIESEC UK, Just Like Us and Solutions Not Sides, and is now a workshop facilitator with anti-discrimination charity Stand Up! – who specialise in educating on anti-Jewish and anti-Muslim hate in British schools. After co-leading a dialogue trip to Israel-Palestine, he established an Israel-Palestine Discussion Society at Cardiff University along with students from multiple faiths and backgrounds, dedicated to de-stigmatising discussing and learning about a region significant to many kinds of people.
